Black and Gold Days are designed to help prospective students and their families learn everything they’d ever want to know about Mizzou, from our award-winning residential dining halls to our campus rich in tradition. Black and Gold Days occur on Fridays. An idea of what your day will look like: - Mizzou overview — details everything from admissions to student life to information on Columbia. Includes a panel of current students, so come with questions!

- Residential life and campus dining overview — You will get the answers to all your eating and sleeping questions here.
- Campus Tour — We will show you the rich tradition of our campus and state-of-the-art facilities — from the Columns to recent additions like MU’s new student recreational complex.
- Departmental activities — You get to see what our exceptional facilities and programs look like from the inside — and what that will mean for you in your major. You might see the journalism facilities or the new high-tech Life Sciences Center.
- Complimentary lunch — Enjoy a meal in one of Mizzou’s residential dining halls.
