We’re pleased you’re re-applying to the University of Missouri-Columbia. There are four easy steps for re-admission, as well as a printable re-admission application (PDF) that you can submit. Questions? Contact us.
Steps in Re-admitting
- If you have previously been an admitted, degree-seeking student, complete the Request for re-admission in undergraduate studies form (PDF) and return it to the Office of Admissions, 230 Jesse Hall, Columbia, MO, 65211-1300 or fax to 573-882-7887. Please note, if you have been enrolled in courses at MU within the past academic term, you may not need to complete this form. If you have never been an admitted degree-seeking undergraduate, complete the transfer student application or the first time college application. Be sure to check the deadlines (to the left) so you know how much time to give yourself, and please call the Office of Admissions with any questions.
- Submit transcripts to the Admissions for all college work done since last attending MU. No transcript can be accepted directly from the student; admission status cannot be determined until complete credentials are on file in the Admissions Office. Failing to complete this form fully or giving misinformation concerning previous enrollment in other colleges or universities will void your admission. All transcripts become the property of the University. Because of limited enrollment and/or higher minimum standards, general acceptance as a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia does not guarantee acceptance to specialized or professional programs.
- Explore financial aid options.
- Learn more about Mizzou’s housing options. Student housing information and applications for University-owned residence halls are mailed to all who apply for admission.
Note to out of state applicants: It is your duty to apply and register under the proper residence and to pay the proper tuition fees. A pamphlet giving detailed information on tuition and residence rules may be obtained from the Residency Office, 230 Jesse Hall. |
